The Art of Pasta

Forget packet pasta for a moment. Roll, shape and craft beautiful, fresh pasta by hand while learning approachable techniques, seasonal accompaniments, and flavour-packed fillings that make homemade pasta feel less intimidating and far more delicious.

You will sit and enjoy all your pasta creations for lunch with a beef and pork ragu prepared by your chef. All of  can be taken home to be enjoyed later along with all the recipes from the course.

Course Difficulty: Beginner
