The kind of food that makes people hover in the kitchen and ask for “just one more.” Learn elegant, flavour-packed bites and simple chef tricks to create canapés that look impressive, taste even better and make entertaining feel effortless.

You can sit and enjoy as many of your canapes as you wish with a light lunch salad provided by your chef.

Anything you don’t eat can be taken away to be enjoyed with friends later, along with all of the recipes from the day’s course.
