La Dolce Vita: Cooking the Italian Way

Think proper comfort, beautiful produce and food worth gathering around for. From rustic favourites to regional gems, learn the skills behind some of Italy’s most-loved dishes and leave with recipes you’ll want to cook again and again for the people you love feeding.

Enjoy a meal of all of the dishes created on the course and taking home your focaccia and any other dishes left over plus all the recipes from the course.

Course Difficulty: Beginner

  • Learn to make focaccia by hand with seasonal flavours such as sun-dried tomato, herb pesto or rosemary and olive oil
